Some designs start with a sketch. This one started with a phrase.
"Time is cool." Say it out loud and it does two things at once. It's a shrug — don't rush, don't stress, let time do its thing. And it's also literally true: time is the coolest, weirdest force we all live inside. It speeds up when you're having fun, drags when you're waiting, and somehow it's always later than you think.
When we sat down to turn that phrase into art, there was really only one image that fit: a melting clock.
Why a melting clock?
The melting clock is one of the most famous images in modern art for a reason. Salvador Dalí made it iconic almost a hundred years ago — clocks draped and dripping like they couldn't hold their shape anymore. The point wasn't that time was broken. The point was that time isn't rigid. It bends around memory, dreams, and how you're actually living.
Our take keeps that spirit but makes it ours: bold, colorful, and wearable. The clock face warps and drips, the numbers stretch, and the whole thing feels like it's in motion even when you're standing still. It's surreal, but it's also playful — which is exactly the balance we wanted for a line that says time is cool, not time is scary.
